Developed and taught a multidisciplinary undergraduate course in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Guided students in exploring global career opportunities while analyzing tourism’s social impact, economic drivers, and psychological influences on travellers, communities, and industry.

Built and led a team of industry specialists to launch and scale Disney vacation distribution channels across Japan. Collaborated with travel partners to drive sales performance and elevate guest satisfaction.

Partnered with Disney’s consumer marketing teams to localize the U.S. brand for the Japanese market. Architected a standalone online travel agency strategy, including the development of a distinct Disney U.S. brand expression and an independent online travel agency business model for Japan.
